Its buyers are executives weighing a six-figure decision to become a master franchisor. These buyers start the process by asking AI which franchise to buy. Stratus showed up when named in the prompt, but rarely when they asked open questions about becoming a franchisor. Stratus ranked second, behind Jan-Pro, but its overall visibility was low.

Results

Hatter built pages for the questions franchise buyers ask AI: what a master franchise costs, how regional developers earn, which franchises suit executives leaving corporate, and how Stratus compares to Jan-Pro. In seven weeks, Stratus won 15 AI answers it had never appeared in before, and moved ahead of Jan-Pro, Anago, Coverall and Jani-King to rank #1 in AI answers among commercial cleaning franchises.

Stratus now appears in every AI answer for “What is the best commercial cleaning master franchise to own?” and “Which commercial cleaning franchise has the best master or regional developer model?”

Its AI mention rate climbed from 46% to 63% in October. AI answers now cite the Stratus website 47% more often, and Hatter created pages like the regional developer guide and Stratus vs Jan-Pro are among its most-cited pages.

On Google, clicks to Hatter created pages grew 1,180%, and those pages now drive 36% of the site’s Google clicks. Their average rank climbed 7 spots to page 1.
